Menu Plan Monday (that started on Friday)



I usually go to the grocery store on Thursdays or Fridays so that's when my Menu Plan starts.  Next week I'll have some help because my oldest son needs to a menu plan for cub scouts.  That ought to be interesting.  We'll probably have pizza or tacos every day.

Friday:  Hummus Veggie Wraps - Not kid friendly, or at least not kid friendly for my kids.  My boys hated these.  I think it was the hummus as they pulled all the veggies off and ate them by themselves (after using napkins to wipe off the hummus).  I made them allergy friendly by skipping the pine nuts and using corn tortillas.

Saturday:  Gluten free pasta and home made sauce with sausage

Sunday:  Left over Gluten free pasta and home made sauce

Monday:  Old Time Beef Stew (will use gf flour to make it allergy friendly)

Tuesday: Slow Cooker Red Beans and Rice

Wednesday:  Baked chicken with potatoes and lemon

Thursday:  If we have left overs I'll do a clean up day.  If left overs are scarce, we'll have turkey tacos.
